The Fleet Feet Sports Springfield free community speed work group will run Mondays at 6:30 at the Springfield Catholic Track.
The group welcomes both beginners and advanced runners of all ages.
Each night we will post the workout on a dry erase board and Coach Christa King will answer any questions before you all get after it. Christa will probably run the workouts as well - so be prepared to track your own splits or make sure to bring your Garmin.
For simplicity, the workouts will be effort based rather than pace based. We'll have door prizes to give away on several of the sessions.
