Program Details

  • What: Summer run camp that is focused on preparing students for the upcoming cross country season
  • Who: Students going into 9th through 12th grades. Runners of all abilities are welcome!
  • Where: Wednesday - Fleet Feet Sports; Thursday - Springfield Lake; Friday - Fleet Feet Sports; Saturday - Busiek
  • When: Wednesday, July 5th through Saturday, July 8th
  • Times: 7:00am - 11:00am
  • Cost: $50 for the week, includes tech shirt
  • Provided: Water/Sports Drink and light snack each day. Lunch is not provided.
  • What to Bring: Running shoes, water bottle, a change of clothes (in case of rain) and sunscreen
  • Coaches: Current and former collegiate cross country runners
  • Lessons will Include: Gear Recommendations, Collegiate Running, and Runner's Diet and Common Injuries

Description: A 4-day running camp for high school students to prepare them for the upcoming Cross Country season. This camp will feature coached runs, seminars, games and tips for competitive running.
