Looking to train for a longer race? Maybe you're wanting to finish your first half marathon?
Our Half Marathon Training Program is an 12 week session. Individuals should be able to run 3 miles two-three times per week before the session starts. We meet twice per week, Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am.

In addition to the accountability of training with a group, with this program you will receive:

Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon on July 21st
This 11 week program that is training for the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Chicago on July 21, 2019. If you've run several 5k races, maybe a 10k, and you're interested in training for a half marathon, this would be a perfect fit!
