This is a beginner to advanced focused group with the main goal of having fun! 

The 8-10 week program meets twice per week, Mondays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. 

Next session starts Monday, April 8th at 6pm. Info meeting Monday, April 1st at 6pm at the store.

Program Start: Info meeting will be Monday, April 1st at 6pm at the store and our first run will be Monday, April 8th at 6pm at the store.
Program Schedule: Mondays at 6PM & Saturdays at 7:00AM
Goal Race: The Big Run on June 5th, 2019
Program Fee: $75
Description: This is a beginner-focused group. We utilize the WALK-RUN method to ensure that anyone in reasonable health can finish the goal distance, 5K. All ages and abilities are welcome. The 8 week program meets twice per week (Mondays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7am) and our goal race is The Big Run on National Running Day, Wednesday, June 5th.
