You've finished one or more half marathons and now you're ready to go for a big PR.

Our Half Marathon Training Program is a 12 week session. Workouts will be written to push you harder than before to set you up for your fastest half marathon yet!

Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am
