Let Us Help You Walk a 5K!
This is our most beginner-oriented group. If you can walk 1 mile now, we'll get you to a 5K (3.1 miles) in four weeks.
The 8 week program meets twice per week, Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. The program runs five times per year.
Next session starts May 15th, 2018. Info meeting Tuesday, May 8th.
